Should you have questions or concerns about your account or media upload, please contact us at info@vodwall.com, or call us at 702-755-1792. We're located in Los Angeles, CA.
1. Vodwall services are free to all users. However, please submit quality and concise content to exhibit your talents and refer to the Terms of Use for detailed parameters. Though there is no limit to the amount of media to upload, there will be a thorough pre-qualification of quality and ownership of your media. Your work, images or videos must be professional and/or studio produced.
2. Each uploaded file has 100MB limit.
3. Video formats accepted: avi, wmv, mov, flv, mpeg, mpg, m4v, mp4
4. Audio formats accepted: mp3, ogg, oga, wma, m4a
5. Image formats accepted: png, jpg, gif
6. Text formats accepted: txt, pdf, doc, xls, ppt, pps, docx, xlsx, pptx, ppsx
7. Allow up to 5 minutes for some larger video files to transcode and go live.
8. VOD's of past live streaming events are available for sale at various prices here at Vodwall.
9. We, at Vodwall, do not tolerate vulgarity, nudity, slander, calumny, libelous material, defamation of character, racist and sexist statements - of any kind.
10. We, at Vodwall, do not tolerate plagiarism of any kind.
11. Registered Users can host their own video Channel for $3.99 per month with unlimited uploads and HD transcoding for video uploads.
12. Artists can create FREE Albums under Menu Bar - Media - Albums - Create an Album. After your Album is created, click on Manage Media icon on right hand side of blank Album and scroll to bottom of page. Click Assign on the media picks you want to put into your created Album. Upload limit is 24 units. If you wish to upload larger collections of uploads, you can upgrade to Gallery Album Membership for $19.99 per year.
13. We offer to all new users a free personal email under ...@vodwall.com. Please inquire at info@vodwall.com
