Vodwall Live Event Package is an innovative, virtual studio that broadcasts live events through HD live
video streaming and live chat.  Now music groups, performers, artists and Dj’s can entertain for their Internet
fans in real time while having the option to generate Pay-Per-View ticket sales from those fans watching at home.
 
Production elements include:
*  Professional HD broadcast video cameras with encoders with camera crew
*  1 Laptop decoder to transmit video feed
*  Mixed digital recording of entire event - VOD (includes basic titles, overlay graphics & watermarks)
*  Stereo audio feed from mixer
*  Free Procaster Studio for viewers to watch 1 channel screen to view live action
*  Embeddable video player loaded onto your website and on Facebook ‘Live”
* All necessary cables (BNC composite, XLR audio, ethernet), lighting attachments,  audio mic,
additional Verizon 4G LTE bandwidth modem, and bitrate adaptor for 256kb viewer computers
*  Video streaming hosting - As viewer hours increase, so does hosting fee increase
*  Liability insurance on all equipment and staff of Vodwall
 
RATES PER EVENT
1 Stage Event - 6,000 viewer hours/1 Terabyte  (1hr showtime @ 6000 viewers) $4,500.00
1 Stage Event - 18,000 viewer hours/3 Terabytes (2hrs showtime @ 9000viewers) $7,875.00
(includes 2 cameras and 1 channel)
3 Stage Event - 150,000 viewer hours/25 Terabytes (estimated 3hrs show Slots @ 50,000 viewers) $25,500.00
(includes 6 cameras, 3 channels, 6 videographers, 3 technicians and 3 directors, and 1 MC hostess)
- If viewer hours exceeds 150,000 hours during a given event, additonal Terabyte bucket hosting will be $450 per Terabyte. 1 Terabyte equals approximately 6000 viewer hours.
 
Pay-Per-View (PPV) OPTION
Vodwall offers Pay-Per-View application option that is configured into your website with merchant bank services.
50/50 PPV split with additional $.25 merchant bank fee per viewer registration. All major credit cards and Paypal accepted. Suggested PPV charge per viewer is between $4.99 to $19.99 which would also be the same price for VOD sales. If Verizon 4G is not available in a scheduled venue, then an additional $2600 per day will be added to above rates to setup satellite connection. Above rates do not include taxes or travel time outside Las Vegas, NV.
 
-  All above rates include 4 hour setup time, live stream page setup on hosting server, social media configuration on Facebook Live or Livestream site, Terabyte bandwidth, VOD storage, viewer analytics, and finished edited video on demand copy of event.
